All the complaints seem to be of products sold by the other suppliers, as of the time I ordered from Minisuit, which offers a free screen protector (redundant as the case itself covers the screen, appreciated nonetheless) and arrives with extra perks such as the free velvet carrying bag. The product is as it should be covering and protecting all the aesthetics while leaving free access to the controls and leaving the camera uncovered for the clearest picture.

This was a fantastic find. The Apple store didn’t even have these for the Nano 5th generation. I have already dropped my Ipod and it saved any hurt I highly recommend this product.

Paid $20 for another cover that didn’t fit right-returned it and bought this one for 10% the cost and it fits like a glove!!! Like it! I sometimes forget that I have a cover on it. Low cost investment for huge ticket item I use on daily basis!

I like this simple, snug fitting clear case. The material quality is excellent and I see no defects on the unit I received. The case fits very snuggly and the seams are very tight, so tight that some may have distress getting it off. There are small ‘tabs’ near each corner of the case so you can pry it off using you finger nail (no tools neccessary). The case also has a very small hook built into the back for a hand strap (not included).
There is no protection for the screen as noted in other reviews, but I did not want a case that covered the screen. The raised edge of the case provides some impact protection for the screen if you drop it on an even surface.
Overall, I wanted a case that was attractive, sturdy, and did not obscure the design or color of the iPod. Besides, you can’t beat the price.

I was hesitant ordering this product because of the many negative reviews but the negative reviews seem to be coming from other merchants who sell this product. Notice that you have options when you place your order about which merchant you want to buy from. I bought the case from Mini Suit and it is perfect. It fully covers the iPod screen. Mini Suit also includes a velvet pouch as a bonus for you to store your iPod in if you want.

it was exactly what i was looking for. The only thing that might be something negative for some people is that this case does not cover the screen. But, it was cheap and arrived quicker than expected.

This is one of the best cases for a Ipod I have found. It is solid and tough, I bet its nearly bullet proof. two thumbs up.

I’m glad that I read the reviews before I made my buy, because if you want the free small cloth bag and the plastic case WITH the screen protector, you need to buy the one being sold by MiniSuit. It’s well worth the price and you’ll likely receive it very expediently – I got mine within 3 days paying regular shipping! It seems pretty sturdy and was well worth the price.

When I received my 5th generation Nano, I was frightened to touch it. It was so shiny, and extremely small. A small too small, in fact… so I needed a case to not only preserve it but buff it up just a tad.
Thank you so much for the wonderful clear case and FREE screen protector!!! This is an absolutely unbeatable price for the quality and the service. I got my package within one day of your shipping notification. When I opened the package, there was a black Mivizu pouch, like a jewelry pouch, for carring my iPod (you could use this when you place it into your bag for even more protection) as well as a free, high quality screen protector that is made for the 5th generation (fits perfectly) *high quality because there are no bubbles if you apply it correctly, just remember that there are two sides you have to peel off protecting the middle piece which is your protector*, and the clear, no nonsense case. Not only is it just what I wanted/ made for the 5th Generation Nano, I also noticed that there is a loophole on the back if you wanted to add a wrist strap! The screen protector comes sealed in its own package with a lense wipe for cleaning. (I know everyone was complaining about this so I will address it- the reason the entire case is not over the screen is that you would not have the same visibility. The clear case is thin enough so that the color of the body shines through but too thick to go over the screen. With the screen protector, which was included in my order, you get the protection against scratches plus the hard case for the body.)
I don’t reckon I will ever need to get my iPod out of the case, but I have not tried that yet so cannot comment. My SkullCandy headphone jack fits with ample room.
In total, I got 3 items plus quick shipping for 5 dollars. Unbeatable!
